跨境电商资讯:货物外箱贴易碎标签有用吗?

大意是收件人收到了联邦寄送来的快递,但是货物是破损的状态,找联邦反馈,联邦给的答复是客户/发货人的错误不是联邦快递的错Customer/shipper at fault not FedEx。
于是便请教大家,联邦快递处理包裹的方式正常吗?is this normal for fedex to handle packages like this??

1.This is most likely an ignored box. If it went through ground, it usually got stuck on the conveyor belt, jammed, and someone unjammed it, but didn't bother to get it repackaged before sending it off again.
